The Yoga Spring in Bad Gastein invites participants from May 23 to June 1, 2025, to harmonize body and mind amidst the breathtaking mountain scenery of the Gastein Valley. Under the motto “Breathe the Mountains,” attendees can expect a diverse program suitable for both yoga beginners and advanced practitioners.
During the ten-day event, guests can choose from around 300 yoga sessions led by approximately 30 qualified yoga instructors from Austria and Germany. Additionally, classes are also offered in English, making it an inclusive experience for international visitors.

The yoga classes take place at various locations throughout the Gastein Valley, including 15 partner hotels and selected power spots in the open nature of the three towns: Bad Gastein, Bad Hofgastein, and Dorfgastein.
