Program

Engage in invigorating Yang sessions, where the flow of movement and breath will awaken your inner strength. Connect with the power within, building stability, resilience, and a profound sense of groundedness. Feel the energy surging through your body as you embrace the vitality of the Yang aspect.

In contrast, immerse yourself in the stillness of Yin yoga, allowing the postures to unfold at a leisurely pace. Sink into the depths of relaxation, targeting the connective tissues and promoting a profound release of tension.

Besides our yoga sessions, there will be different activities like hiking, journaling and meditation. There will be at least one session at the beach and you will have enough free time to enjoy nature and also stay in silence for yourself. Once or twice we will also do a more extended program to give you enough time to explore the surroundings.

Fernanda Manzeli

Born in Brazil, Fernanda is an energetic and joyful person who loves to embark on adventures. Her lifestyle is fueled by an insatiable curiosity and a deep desire to explore the world.

Her journey into yoga began in the spiritual town of Rishikesh in India, where she received her certification as a yoga instructor.

Fernanda embraces the practice with sensitivity and love, integrating these qualities into every class she teaches.

Her goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment that fosters a safe space allowing the opportunity to connect to oneself and others.

She believes yoga helps us to center and balance our lives, keeping us naturally happy, healthy, and emotionally stable.

Fernanda’s passion for life, exploration, and yoga shines through in all that she does, inspiring others to live joyfully and authentically.

Sabrina Müller

From an early age Sabrina was passionate about movement. She participated in all different kinds of sports and later on became a group fitness and Pilates instructor. She also got into martial arts which led her to the ancient practice of Tai Chi exploring subtler forms of energy.

She started to practice yoga over 15 years ago and did her first hatha and vinyasa teacher training in 2017, while further deepening her meditation and healing practices.

Sabrina teaches mostly vinyasa and yin yoga and is trained in one-on-one yoga sessions. She has recently been part of leading 200h yoga teacher trainings in Brazil and Marrakech. Besides, she facilitates fluentbody, a journey through movement, breath and rhythm that helps people to be generous to their body and mind.
