Program

Enjoy a week of true silence. Reconnect with the voice of your soul. Full day well-balanced program with enough time between the activities to relax, contemplate and enjoy the valley in your own rhythm. Great for those who want to completely recharge and bring their personal journey to a next level.

Indicative schedule of a retreat day:

  • 08:00 – 08:45 Meditation (variety of active, silent, guided and walking meditations)
  • 09:00 – 10:00 Breakfast
  • 10:00 – 11:00 Free Time
  • 11:00 – 13:00 Morning Practice (mix of self-knowledge practices & breath- and bodywork)
  • 13:00 – 14:00 Lunch
  • 14:00 – 16:00 Free Time
  • 16:00 – 18:15 Afternoon Practice (incl. tea break with healthy afternoon snack)
  • 19.00 – 20:00 Dinner
  • 20:30 – 21:15 Evening practice (three times during the week)

Yoga teacher

Kamal de Bruijn

Kamal is trained in self-knowledge, shamanic work, coaching and meditation.

After twenty years in healthcare and startups, he decided to expand the joy and fulfillment he experienced during retreats into his working life. He moved with his wife and children from Amsterdam to Sardinia to found Soul Valley.

His purpose is contributing in the journey of people towards a more meaningful life. Becoming able to relax, heal and grow.

Sabrina Müller

From an early age Sabrina was passionate about movement. She participated in all different kinds of sports and later on became a group fitness and Pilates instructor. She also got into martial arts which led her to the ancient practice of Tai Chi exploring subtler forms of energy.

She started to practice yoga over 15 years ago and did her first hatha and vinyasa teacher training in 2017, while further deepening her meditation and healing practices.

Sabrina teaches mostly vinyasa and yin yoga and is trained in one-on-one yoga sessions. She has recently been part of leading 200h yoga teacher trainings in Brazil and Marrakech. Besides, she facilitates fluentbody, a journey through movement, breath and rhythm that helps people to be generous to their body and mind.
