The spa area uses high-quality natural cosmetics by Susanne Kaufmann. The indoor water world offers atmospheric relaxation. In summer, guests can relax in the 20-metre outdoor pool, which is heated all year round, with a large sunbathing area and pergola overlooking the surrounding vineyards.
Yoga at Hotel Schwarzschmied
The Yoga and Spa Hotel Schwarzschmied in Lana in South Tyrol offers yoga twice a day, except Sundays, in a specially designed yoga room. The variety of yoga classes is a delight – Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, Flowing Yin, Mediation, Ashtanga Yoga. If you want to practice for yourself in between, you will find your own yoga mat in the room.
Stefanie Dariz is the instructor at the hotel. She has over 15 years of yoga experience. Stefanie’s yoga practice is based on mindfulness and self-awareness. Yoga as a dance between tension and relaxation, a dance that appreciates the pauses to perceive body and mind. You can practice with Stefanie before you arrive. The hotel also always comes up with special combinations. Yoga with Chello in the garden. Or a yoga session combined with a tea ceremony.

Catering
Slow food and show food. The restaurant “La Fucina” offers the finest cuisine. Vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free dishes are available for breakfast and dinner. Fruits and vegetables are grown on the farm or in the garden. Homemade pasta at its best.
