Situated on the church square in Lunz am See, the house tells its story, which dates back to the 16th century. It invites you to come and stay. More than just another design hotel, it is a place of contemplation and refuge. In other words, a refuge. For the love of beauty. With a passion for detail. Each room composed with textures and structures for the eyes of the beholder. Craftsmanship with conviction and for all the senses. A delicate juxtaposition of old and new. All for a good time.
Yoga at Refugium Lunz
In the yoga and fitness room you will find high quality yoga props – even fascia rollers – and other fitness equipment for your whole body workout. You can even have the equipment delivered to your room.
There are even dedicated yoga rooms, such as the Sun Salutation Rooms or Suites, where yoga equipment is provided as standard.
There is a regular yoga programme with rotating teachers. Classes are held in the yoga room. If the weather is fine, classes also take place at the lake.
Catering
Bread from the oven. With butter on top, beaten by hand. Care, passion and time go into everything served at the Refugium. Nature is given its time. There is an appreciation for the seasons and what they produce, and a respect for those who help it grow and flourish. The food is artisanal. From the region. Simple and honest. Simple and good.
